Cancellation Policy

At Kin Camp we are committed to providing the best possible service, so we offer the following personal cancellation policies:


We will refund 100% of the payment you have made through a digital coupon. This coupon will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and may be used at any of our camps or by any unregistered student at the camp from which the cancellation occurs. There are no cash refunds. 


If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of camp, there will be no refund.

We understand that there are times when situations beyond our control force us to change plans and sometimes cancel participation in the camp. Therefore we offer a policy of NO PENALTIES through a coupon so that the payment is used in another of our camps or to give another camper the opportunity to participate.

Cancellations with such shorte notice affect the general logistics of the group and therefore a cancellation with less than 24 hours will be considered as a “no show” (24hrs before we do not have time to modify everything necessary for the camp).

In the event that a camper does not arrive at the departure date at the specified time, it is responsibility of the parents to take the camper to the camp facilities and the proportional part to the cost of the bus will not be refunded.

*These policies do not apply in case your cancellation causes the group not to reach the agreed minimum. (Most cases, 30 participants). In this case, no refund will be applied regardless the date on which the cancellation is made.*

*These policies do not apply in case the camp administration is done through the school. In that case the policies of each school will be applied.*
